AdipoR1 (2810031L11Rik)

Western result: +
control
AdipoR1-Pep (2810031L11Rik)
(fragment)

N.A. kDa (recombinant)
The western blot contains a test lane of ~20ug of a total protein extract from E coli with ~50ng to 500ng of the antigen (recombinant fusion protein containing a His tag). The negative control lane is the same except it contains ~50ng to 100 ng of a recombinant fusion protein of an irrelevant antigen. The blot was probed with a final antisera dilution of 1:1,000. The secondary antibody (Rabbit anti-mouse IgG + IgM, (H+L) horseradish peroxidase conjugated (Pierce)) is used at 1:5,000 dilution. Note, the molecular weight of the band on the western blot does not correspond to the molecular weight of the natural protein because only a fragment of the gene is used.
